Well known all over the world Katsura Kan is in demand as a teacher, performer and chorographer. He offers a unique perspective to challenge western dancers and actors. He was a member of the Kyoto-based Butoh company, Bayyokosha, and then embarked on his own journey, travelling throughout South East Asia, and in particular Thailand and Indonesia, where he studied many fascinating ancient and modern performing arts. www.jcdn.org/f-activ-a/KanKATSURA.htm |
